Vendor Q&A

Are tables and chairs supplied, or do vendors need to bring their own?

Vendors are encouraged to bring their own tables and racks. While some locations have tables and chairs available, we recommend bringing your own setup to be safe.

Stalls are indoors at all locations. The Hope Centre is a covered outdoor area with plenty of protection from the elements, and it also has indoor breakout rooms available should the weather require it.

Each stall space accommodates a standard trestle table and/or clothing rack.

Yes, parking is available. Vendors may be given allocated arrival times to drop off their items before parking, to help keep set-up running smoothly.

Yes — vendors are welcome to bring their own tables, racks, and display equipment.

Yes. Food and refreshments will be available, including sausage sizzles and soft drinks, with additional offerings at selected locations.

Yes, all venues are accessible for wheelchairs and prams.

No — vendors are welcome to sell a range of new and pre-loved items.

Vendor setup begins at 7 am, with markets open to the public from 9 am to 2 pm.
