1. Light it
- Purchase a FwD Shine a Light Lantern or Cactus & Blossom Candle
2. Share it
Take a photo of your lit lamp or candle and share it on social media.Â
Tag @friendswithdignity and use the hashtag #ShineALightOnDomesticViolence to spread awareness.
3. Talk about it
Start conversations with friends, family or colleagues. Whether it’s calling out harmful behaviour or raising awareness, every conversation matters.

4. Support us
If you can’t Shine a physical Light on Domestic Violence this year, you can still support victim-survivors by donating money to our cause.
