Join us for a purpose-led fundraising lunch supporting Friends with Dignity, an organisation dedicated to helping adults and children impacted by domestic and family violence rebuild their lives with purpose, dignity and hope.Â
This event is raising funds for a clear and critical goal: an $80,000 delivery truck which is urgently needed to meet the growing demand for domestic violence support services.
Why this matters
When people escape domestic and family violence, they often leave with nothing.
Through Friends with Dignity’s Sanctuary Program, volunteers and communities come together to furnish safe houses with donated goods, transforming empty spaces into welcoming homes where families can start again.

Right now, Friends with Dignity operates with a single van, placing enormous pressure on the team and limiting how quickly and how far support can reach. A dedicated truck will allow more homes to be furnished, more efficiently, and with greater reach, creating hundreds of fresh starts for families who need them most.
